About Us

The Broadway Place Apartments are one of Salem’s largest Low-Income Tax Credit Housing (Section 42) apartment projects, featuring 55 units. Building construction was completed in 2009. The apartment complex features nicely appointed one bedroom and studio units, secure entries, a community room, onsite parking, onsite laundry rooms and storage.
