The Broadway Place Apartments are one of Salem’s largest Low-Income Tax Credit Housing (Section 42) apartment projects, featuring 55 units. Building construction was completed in 2009. The Broadway Place apartments are housed in the Broadway Place building, which is a mixed-use project located at the northwest corner of Market St. NE and Broadway St. NE.
